XLN Health is an NP-led primary care clinic established to provide accessible, evidence-based care grounded in clinical excellence, professionalism, and individualized patient support.
Our model of care is centered on health promotion, illness prevention, continuity of care, timely assessment and treatment, and coordinated referrals when needed. Through phone, video, and in-person appointments, we deliver responsive primary care that supports everyday health concerns, preventive care, stable chronic conditions, and follow-up care.

Sharron Wright is a Nurse Practitioner and healthcare leader with over a decade of experience across Ontario’s primary care, hospital, and community health sectors. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to improving access to high-quality care for individuals, families, and communities. Drawing on her experience delivering comprehensive care across diverse healthcare settings, Sharron founded XLN Health to create a more accessible, coordinated, and patient-centered primary care experience. Her mission is to help close gaps in care through a centralized platform grounded in clinical excellence, professionalism, and empathy.
